Who Can Return Items?

Our returns policy applies to customers across our global service areas (excluding Asia and some remote locations). To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your item
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Adult Batting Gloves
  • Girls Batting Gloves
  • Batting Gloves (all types)
  • Cups (protective gear)

These items may only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Submit Your Return/Exchange Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include:

  • The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once your return is processed.

Refund Information

If your return is approved:

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing:
    • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. In your request, specify the replacement item you want (must be of equal or greater value)
  3. We will ship your replacement item once the return is received and approved
  4. For items of greater value, you’ll need to pay the difference

Exchange shipping is free for customers in eligible regions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your baseball or softball equipment arrives damaged or defective:
