How do I choose the right bat size?

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account. This lets you track orders, save your shipping details, and view order history. We never share your information with third parties.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. You’ll receive instructions to create a new password. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to most locations (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other select regions). Our Australian players enjoy particularly fast delivery times from our Nedlands warehouse.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable services:
- Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 AUD, delivery in 10-15 days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (EMS): For orders over $50 AUD, delivery in 15-25 days after dispatch
How long does order processing take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. During peak seasons (like pre-season), processing may take slightly longer.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Click the link in your shipping confirmation email or visit the carrier’s website to follow your gear’s journey to your field.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We stand behind our gear with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached. Some exceptions apply for hygiene reasons (like cups).
How do I start a return?
Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and address (return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the item is faulty).
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
What if my gear arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if damage occurs, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
